Keyword Initiative Program
Each month a positive
character trait is displayed
on a banner at the HUB
Community Resource Center.
We also have a display at the
Middleboro Public Library,
showcasing the Keyword for
the month.
These words reflect character
qualities that are important
for our youth.
Each participating agency of MYA
includes the character trait of the
month in their program as a way
to tie the community together
around these character strengths.

JAIRUS Teen 12 Step
A 24 week support program
for teens (ages 13-18) who
are working to control
self-destructive behaviors
utilizing the 12 Steps.

Management
A 12-16 week support program for

proven scientific techniques in a
strong, supportive and structured
environment.

READING EXPRESS PROGRAM
The Reading Express Workshop
is a reading intervention

visual learners to improve
their reading comprehension.
On average, third graders
improve their reading
comprehension two
and a half grade levels. The
class meets for 1 hour on
each Saturday for 10 weeks.
